The 2024 season is our 17th year running our Training Program. ALL athletes who participate in Training Program will also be a part of our Local League. Practices are held twice a week for two hours, January-April. Miami Elite will also host 4 in-house tournaments between January-April. 

Each season we reach max capacity with numerous athletes on a waiting list. Our ME Directors and Gold Medal Squared Certified coaching staff will teach fundamentals and advanced skills with a strong emphasis on consistent, proper technique.

In addition to planning practices which focus on intense fundamental training of all skills, technique and game play at every practice, there will be a dedicated time slot for all athletes to complete agility, coordination, strength and jump training. Further, our ME Directors will incorporate weekly sessions that will teach about leadership, team building, emotional maturity and mental toughness. We believe in training and building a complete, well-rounded athlete, physically, socially and mentally.

Athletes will be divided by age and skill level and will be split into teams for inter-squad 6v6 scrimmages on Wednesday nights.

Attendance at ALL practices, trainings, team events/sessions, and tournaments are mandatory. 

$1,700 total including a non-refundable $500.00 deposit, due at registration. For your convenience, a payment plan is available.

Four months of excellent training and player development, facility rental, equipment, insurance, coaches' fees. Gear: 2 practice shirts, 1 jersey top, 1 spandex short, 1 sweatshirt, 1 ball, 1 pair of kneepads, and 1 pair of socks.

Typically, practices are Monday and Wednesday nights, 7:30PM-9:30PM. Pending facility availability, practices may vary. All practice info will be posted on a monthly basis in our online Calendar. There will be NO PRACTICE on Monday holidays. 

Miami Elite will host one tournament per month, January-April, either during evening practice times or Saturday.
